The incumbent applying for the captioned assignment must meet the following criteria:
1. Qualification: Should have minimum qualification of graduation or equivalent Degree in the discipline of banking, finance, economics, business administration and related fields.
. Experience: Must be a career banker having at least 5 years of experience at senior level as SEVP and above or equivalent and possess expertise and skill set to undertake responsibilities of the position effectively and prudently. Candidates having experience of Rural Micro-Finance / Agri. Financing shall be preferred.
3. Besides the candidates should be able to pass Fit & Proper Test circulated by State Bank of Pakistan (http://www.sbp.org.pk/bprd/2021/C5.htm)
4. Age Limit: Minimum=40 years, Maximum=62 years.
5. Pay Package: As per Management Position Salary Package Negotiable depending upon the qualification & experience of the person selected.
