| Chief Security Officer (01) | Roles & Responsibility: |
| Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from a HEC-recognized / foreign Institution. Preferably an Ex-Army Officer of the rank of Major (Fighting Arms), with degree of PSC/ISC/LSC or equivalent will be added an advantage. | ➤ Develop, implement and administer, all aspects of Banks Security and Safety programs as per security policy of Bank. |
| Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience with 03 years of relevant or banking experience. | ➤ Supervise overall security arrangements of bank, covering all branches / other offices including Head Office. |
| Note: Compulsory Retired from Army on discipline/in-efficiency/medical grounds are not eligible to apply. | ➤ Upgrade / review security policy and procedural manuals of the bank and ensure implementation. |
| ➤ Ensure proper working of electronic security devices at all premises of Bank, such as CCTV, Cameras Burglary Alarm, Sensors Smoke Detectors, Fire Alarm and Fire Extinguishers etc. | |
| ➤ Keep liaison between Bank and law enforcement authorities at appropriate level to handle security threats | |
| ➤ Set, administer, analyze, identify potential hazards & control security devices at all bank premises | |
| ➤ Provide necessary awareness and training for self defense and safety to all bank staff |
