Group Head-Digital Banking & Transformation (01)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from a HEC-recognized university/Foreign University.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in banking or financial institution, with 05 years of Senior Management experience.
Head Digital Products & Innovation (01)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from a HEC-recognized university/Foreign University.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in banking or financial institution, with 05 years of senior Management experience.
Head Business Intelligence Unit and Analytics (01)
- Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from a HEC recognized/foreign Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience with 03 years of relevant or Banking experience.
- Age Limit: Max. 60-years
Deputy Head-ITIS Audits (01)
- Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from a HEC-recognized/foreign Institution; CISA/CIA and/or other relevant certification are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience with 03 years of relevant or Banking experience.
- Age Limit: Max. 60-years
Team Lead ITIS Audits (01)
- Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from a HEC-recognized/foreign institution; CISA and/or other relevant certification are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant or banking experience.
- Age Limit: Max. 55-years
ITIS Auditors (01)
- Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from a HEC-recognized/foreign Institution; CISA and/or other relevant certification are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 01-02 years of relevant or banking experience.

Roles & Responsibility:
- Develop and execute bank's Digital Banking and Transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals. Drive end-to-end digital transformation covering ATMs, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Agent Banking, APIs, and Omni-Channel Platforms. Identify new digital opportunities, market gaps, and emerging fintech solutions.
- Oversee rollout of new digital products (wallets, mobile app features, digital onboarding, instant payments, e-KYC, customer portals). Lead innovation initiatives around automation, AI/ML, chatbots, digital onboarding, paperless workflows. Manage product lifecycle: ideation

enhancement. Build relationships with fintech's, telecoms, vendors, technology partners, and payment networks. Define and negotiate SLAs, KPIs, vendor deliverables, and manage performance. Explore partnerships to enable new revenue streams (e-commerce, bill payments, remittances, APIs).
- Ensure all digital channels operate with high availability, security, resilience, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with IT and Operations for system upgrades, change management, cybersecurity, and business continuity. Monitor digital transactions, uptime, performance, and customer usage analytics.
- Lead Call Center operations including complaint management, service level monitoring, staff performance, and process improvements. Implement Customer Experience (CX) frameworks for digital services. Ensure seamless customer journeys across digital platforms, and call center. Oversee customer support for digital channels and escalate major issues for rapid resolution.
- Oversee POS acquiring business, including merchant onboarding, settlement, chargebacks, and merchant risk. Drive adoption of digital payments (QR, POS, mobile). Strengthen relationship with 1-Link, SBP, and payment schemes. Identify new merchant segments and payment innovations.
- Develop and manage loyalty program strategy (cards, mobile app, merchant partnerships). Build reward-based engagement models to enhance customer retention. Introduce gamification, spend-based rewards, and behavior-based segmentation. Track customer analytics to improve LTV (Lifetime Value).
- Ensure all digital initiatives comply with SBP regulations, cybersecurity frameworks, IT governance, and operational risk guidelines. Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Audit for digital oversight. Maintain strong risk controls across digital and call center operations.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Drive ideation, concept design, and development of new digital financial products.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights analysis.
- Lead fintech partnerships, API-based products, and digital ecosystem expansion.
- Introduce automation, AI/ML use cases, chatbots, and paperless workflows.
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and product commercialization plans.

- Collaborate with IT for solution architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
- Ensure all digital products/services adhere to SBP guidelines, cybersecurity guidelines.
- Promote a culture of innovation inside the bank.
- Oversee upgrades and enhancements for bank's Internet Banking channels.
- Manage channel architecture, UX/UI, customer journeys, and release roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with 1-Link rules, payment schemes, and circulars issued with SBP.
- Monitor channel uptime, performance, and customer usage analytics.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, deliverables, and vendors for digital releases.
- Oversee incident management and customer issue resolution for digital channels.
- Lead compliance and risk reviews for all digital products, OTP, and integrations.
- Plan and manage UAT, regression testing, and production changes.
- Develop and manage digital product budgets, forecasts, and ROI calculations.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Lead design, development, and continuous enhancement of BI dashboards, MIS reports, and performance scorecards for management decision-making.
- Gather data from all banking data sources including deposits, advances, NTB acquisition, NPL trends, and related business metrics
- Develop and manage timely submission of SBP regulatory reports
- Conduct comprehensive analytics on customer behavior, portfolio performance, product usage patterns, and regional trends to identify opportunities and risks
- Deliver data-driven insights to support business strategy, pricing decisions, marketing campaigns, and financial planning activities
- Support the Business Division in annual business planning, target allocation, new product development, feasibility studies, and business cases of various projects/ideas.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Lead the development and execution of annual audit plan
- Performance Supervision of internal audits
- Issue verification of all audits
- Lead & develop staff through performance management System
- Ensure all audit findings are closed in a timely manner and audit reports & ensure follow up
- Ensure compliance of internal policies, applicable laws and internal Audit standards
Roles & Responsibility:
- Ability to prepare Audit process work flows
- Ability to perform risk assessment and evaluation of internal controls
- Ensure compliance of internal policies, applicable regulations and other standards
- Ensure all deficiencies in all audits are properly communicated to Management
- Ability to prepare draft Audit Reports, Risk Assessment Summaries
- Ensure based on IT, Cybersecurity standards, information security standards
Roles & Responsibility
- Have basic level knowledge of Audit techniques, internal controls and audit principles
- Ensure compliance with IT governance framework, SBP regulations, internal control policies and procedures as well as applicable laws
- Basic knowledge of Audit Management System, Banking applications, Operating systems, Networking, Database management systems, Cloud computing, virtualization
