Group Head Customer Strategy, Products & Transformation (01)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC-recognized university/Foreign University.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in banking or financial institution, with 05 years of senior Management experience.
- Roles & Responsibility:
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide customer and product growth strategy aligned with revenues & profitability goals.
- Lead strategic planning for customer experience transformation and new business opportunities.
- Oversee product lifecycle, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
- Build strategic alliances with fintechs, business partners etc to create synergies for business growth.
- Drive innovation initiatives, pilots, and prototype testing for future growth areas.
- Oversee end-to-end customer experience strategy, ensuring seamless, consistent, and high-quality interactions across all touchpoints.
- Lead market research, competitor analysis, customer behavioral studies, and trend monitoring.
- Provide insights on pricing, market entry, and product positioning.
- Design, implement, and manage loyalty programs, rewards structures, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Develop sales strategy for Branch Banking and digital channels in alignment with customer insights and market potential.
- Partner with business units to define sales targets, incentive structures, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
- Enhance productivity through sales promotion campaigns and market storming activities.
- Support field teams with product training.
- Build a strong analytics framework to support data-driven decision-making through performance dashboards, predictive analytics & revenue insights.
