At the heart of these efforts is the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER), a one-of-a-kind flagship project funded through the Government of the Punjab's Annual Development Programme (ADP). PSER is designed to establish a comprehensive, data-driven system serving as an integrated decision-support platform for policy and development planning.

PSPA is seeking exceptional IT professionals to join its Project Management Unit (PMU) implementing the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry. The ideal candidates will demonstrate proven expertise in software development, data management, business intelligence, and digital innovation, with hands-on experience in technology strategy, system design, database management, and solution implementation across diverse IT environments.

1. Team Lead (Information Technology) (PPS-11) (Pay Package: max to Rs. 900,000) No. of Posts (01)	50 years	Qualification: At least, sixteen (16) years of education in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Experience: 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven expertise in managing large-scale IT operations. Familiarity with big data technologies, cluster computing, network architecture, data warehousing, and cybersecurity tools and techniques.
