Government of Punjab which seeks applications from the qualified, highly talented and self-motivated candidates for the Project titled "Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER)" for the post of Project Director, Project Management Unit, PSER-PSPA on contract basis.

Qualification: <br>• At least, Master's degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Social Policy, Demographic Studies, Development Studies, Data Science, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.<br>• Professional certifications in Data Science, Project Management or related areas will be considered an advantage.<br>Experience: <br>• At least 12 years of relevant experience in operational management of large-scale projects preferably of social sector.<br>• Minimum of 05 years' experience in senior management positions.<br>• Proven track record of leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.<br>• Experience of working with government agencies and international development organizations is highly desirable.<br>Skills: <br>• Strong leadership and team management skills.<br>• Command on Project Management Tools and relevant IT skills.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Proficiency in Project Management tools and techniques.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br>• Understanding of socio-economic issues and data-driven policy-making.
  1.   4. The appointment will be made in accordance with the selection criteria specified in the PC-I for the period of one year and the same is extendable subject to satisfactory performance and extension of the Project.

  6. Applicants possessing relevant qualifications and experiences supported by verifiable documentary evidence shall be shortlisted and called for the interview.
  7. No TA/DA shall be admissible to the shortlisted candidates for interview.
  8. In case of selection, verification of the local degrees from HEC shall be required. However, in case of foreign degree, HEC equivalence is required before appearing in the interview.
  9. Applicants who are serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organizations must apply through proper channel. The application without No Objection Certificate (NOC) or old NOC will not be entertained.
  10. The competent authority reserves the right to withhold, terminate or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
