Vacancies

Applications are invited from interested candidates belonging to Malakand Division for appointment to the vacant posts in the Anti-Terrorism Court-V (ATC-V) Malakand Division at Buner. Applications must reach the office of this court by 2:00 PM on November 15, 2025.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Application forms can be obtained from this office. Candidates can also prepare their own prescribed forms and submit them. Applications other than the prescribed form will not be considered. The application must be accompanied by character certificates from two respectable citizens who are not relatives of the applicant and are well-acquainted with their character and habits. Applications can be submitted to this office during office hours.
2. All appointments will be on a temporary basis.
3. The applicant must be a permanent resident and holder of a domicile of Malakand Division. Every applicant must write their own WhatsApp contact number on their application.
4. The application must be accompanied by attested photocopies of all relevant certificates, educational degrees, and national identity card, as well as a character certificate issued by the last educational institution. Original certificates and other documents must be brought at the time of the test and interview. Otherwise, they will not be eligible to participate in the test and interview.
5. The date for the test and interview for the candidates will be announced later on the notice board.
6. Government employees should send their applications through their department and also clarify their right to Lien from the competent departmental authority.
7. Incomplete applications and those received after the specified date will not be considered.
8. No TA/DA will be given to those who come for the test and interview.
9. For serial number 3, it is mandatory to have a District Employment Exchange certificate issued by the Unemployment Certificate Office. In case of difficulties in registration with the said office, contact the office of this court. Also, for serial number 1, a technical committee will shortlist candidates, and a test and interview of the successful candidates will be conducted.
10. The upper age limit will be relaxed in light of the provincial government's prevailing rules of 2008. All over-age candidates for posts 01 to 03 will be given an opportunity to participate in the recruitment process, and relaxation will be determined based on their performance and the recommendations of the Recruitment Committee (DSC).
11. In case of deliberate misrepresentation and forgery, the concerned candidate's application will be rejected, and criminal proceedings will also be initiated.
12. The application can be submitted in person along with the attested documents or through an authorized representative (who has been officially authorized) at the office.
13. The application can also be sent by post, but applications received after the specified date due to postal delays may be rejected.
14. The court reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without giving any reason.
15. The appointment will be subject to the approval of the competent authority.
16. The final decision of the recruitment committee will not be challenged in any court.
