Vacancies

Applications are invited from interested candidates belonging to Malakand Division for appointments to vacant posts in the Anti-Terrorism Court-V (ATC-V), Malakand Division at Buner. Applications must reach the office of this court by 2:00 PM on November 15, 2025.

Terms and Conditions

1. Application forms can be obtained from the office of this court. Candidates can also prepare and submit their own prescribed forms. Applications other than the prescribed form will not be processed. Also, the application must include character certificates from two respectable citizens who are not relatives of the applicant and are well-acquainted with their morals, habits, and conduct. Applications can be submitted to the office of this court during office hours.
2. All appointments will be on a temporary basis.
3. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Malakand Division and hold a domicile of this division. Every applicant must write their contact number on their application.
4. The application must be accompanied by attested copies of relevant certificates, educational documents, and a national identity card, as well as a character certificate issued by the last educational institution. The original certificates, etc., must be brought at the time of the test/interview. Otherwise, they will not be eligible to participate in the test/interview.
5. The date for the test/interview for the candidates will be announced later by posting it on the notice board.
6. Government employees should send their applications through their department and also clarify their right of Lien from the departmental competent authority.
7. No consideration will be given to incomplete applications or those received after the due date.
8. No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for the test/interview.
9. For serial number 3, it is mandatory to register with the District Employment Exchange office, which issues the Unemployment Certificate. In case of any difficulties in registration at the said office, contact the office of this court. Also, for serial number 1, a technical committee will shortlist candidates, after which the successful candidates will have a test/interview.
10. The age limit will be relaxed according to the rules of the provincial government in force from 2008. All over-age candidates will be given the opportunity to participate in the recruitment process for posts 01 to 03, and relaxation will be determined based on performance and the recommendations of the recruitment committee (DSC).
11. In case of deliberate false statements or forgery, the application of the concerned candidate will be rejected, and criminal proceedings will be initiated.
12. The application along with attested documents can be submitted by hand or through an authorized representative (who has been officially authorized) to the office of this court.
13. Applications can also be sent by post, however, applications received by post after the due date will not be considered.
14. The court reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the advertisement.
15. The court's decision will be final and cannot be challenged in any court.
16. The applicant must bring the original documents and CNIC at the time of the interview.
