Terms and Conditions: (1) The age limit will be considered as of the last date of application. However, the upper age limit may be extended as per the prevailing rules. (2) Application forms for the post can be obtained from this office, which can be submitted to this office during working hours after filling it out. (3) Incomplete and late applications will not be accepted. (4) Candidates must attach attested copies of their identity card, domicile certificate, all educational certificates, and character certificates from two respected citizens who are not related to the applicant and are well-acquainted with their morals, habits, and conduct. (5) Government employees should apply through their department. (6) The appointment will be on a temporary basis. (7) No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the test and interview. (8) The post will be filled under the prevailing rules and regulations issued by the Honorable Peshawar High Court and the Provincial Government. (9) Retired class-four employees, disabled persons, women, and minority communities will be considered for the quota as per the prevailing rules. (10) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview. (11) Legal and disciplinary action will be taken against those who submit false and fake documents. (12) The list of eligible candidates will be displayed on the notice board of this office on November 17, 2025. (13) Candidates must provide their original documents at the time of the test/interview. Also, no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without their original identity card. (14) A written, practical, and oral test for the post will be held at this court on November 29, 2025, for which separate call letters will not be issued. (15) The competent authority reserves the right to change/amend the advertisement or cancel it or decrease/increase the number of posts as per government policy.
