Vacancies are available

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the following posts in the Wildlife Division Haripur under the general quota. Recruitment will be made on a permanent basis according to the policy and rules and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Terms and Conditions

1. All appointments will be made on a regular basis according to the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
2. The ETEA test will only be considered a screening test and no marks for the test will be given in the final selection, while recruitments will be made under the proposed government rules (ESR Code) policy.
3. If any candidate is found ineligible for any reason during scrutiny by the competent authority, the concerned candidate will be disqualified for recruitment at any stage.
4. Shortlisting of candidates will be done according to the prevailing rules and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
5. Interview information will be given via SMS, so all candidates should not switch off or change their mobile SIM until the recruitment process is complete, otherwise, all responsibility will lie with the candidates.
6. The age limit or educational qualification will be calculated up to the last date of receipt of the application.
7. Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be considered.
8. Age relaxation in the upper limit will be given according to the current laws.
9. Government employees can send their applications through their department, and the experience certificate counter-signed by the head of the concerned government, semi-government organization, and government project will be acceptable, and preference will be given to those associated with the wildlife department.
10. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason and to change/decrease/cancel the number of advertised posts.
11. No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be given to candidates coming for the test/interview.
12. Original educational documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
13. Only verified degrees or certificates are acceptable, and after recruitment, their verification will be done by the concerned board, the expenses of which will be borne by the candidate themselves. If a degree or certificate is found to be fake, the concerned candidate will be declared ineligible for the job.
14. In case of a foreign educational degree, the candidate must provide an equivalency certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission.
15. Candidates who are working in any government institution and have been dismissed due to ineligibility or corruption are not eligible to apply.
