VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT
UNDER THE PROJECT: "STRENGTHENING AND DEMARCATION OF NATIONAL PARKS, WILDLIFE SANCTUARIES, BIOSPHERE RESERVES AND CONSERVANCIES IN KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA
Applications for the following positions are invites from the eligible candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa purely on contractual basis under the project titled "Strengthening and Demarcation of National Parks, Wildlife Sanctuaries, Biosphere Reserves and Conservancies in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa" in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Implementation Policy 2022 fulfilling the given criteria as per detail below:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA Screening Test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the appointing authority.
- For posts at Serial No. 1 & 2: All the candidates will be required to create account on ETEA's Website. After creating account and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk), without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- For posts at Serial No. 3 to 4: All aspiring candidates shall submit their applications along with attested copies of all relevant documents directly to office of the office of the Project Director/Conservator Wildlife National Parks Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar Shami Road Peshawar till 04/05/2026 on the underneath given address.
- Appointment to the above project posts will be made under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Implementation Policy 2022. The employees so appointed will be governed by the Project policy, and their services will be liable to termination upon expiry of the project life or earlier if their performance is found unsatisfactory.
- Screening/shortlisting of the candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.
- Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of the receipt of the applications.
- Incomplete applications and applications received after last date will not be entertained.
- Relaxation of age will NOT be admissible.
- The Candidates working in Government/Semi-government bodies should apply through proper channel.
- Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
- Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for Test/Interview.
- In case of foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from IBCC/HEC must be provided.
- Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.
HOW TO APPLY
- Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the desired post(s) online.
- After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project Code, and Candidate's personal information) will be generated.
- Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easy paisa App or Agent, Jazz Cash App or Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank or via UBL OMNI Agent.
- After online apply, do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA Office, copies of documents/testimonials will however be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test and when required by ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny purpose.
- Availability of online application form on www.etea.edu.pk is 13/04/2026.
- Last date for submission of online application is 04/05/2026.
- Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile numbers.
- Test date, time and venue will be mentioned on Roll No Slips.
- No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
