General Manager (Training Institutes & Education)	20	Serving/Retired Bureaucrat/Academia/Armed Forces Officer having Master's degree or above from HEC recognized University. Experience: 20 years experience in any of the followings including 03 years experience at Senior Management Position. * Training * Management * Human Resource Development * Educational Institutes Quota: Open Merit Competencies required: * Having strategic vision to formulate training and educational policies & procedures. * Skills to manage multiple Training Institutes / Schools spread all over Pakistan. * Ability to implement modern training programs, curriculum and evaluation system. * Oversee faculty development, budgeting and administrative matters. * Ensure quality assurance, accreditation standards and performance monitoring of Training & Educational Institutes. * Analytical capability and critical thinking abilities for institutional development.	62

Tenure:

The appointment shall initially be for a period of 03 years on lumpsum basis with 06 months' probation extendable subject to satisfactory performance/requirement of the organization without any consideration for regularization at any stage.

Pay Package:

For Serving Employees: Last pay drawn along with perks & privileges of BPS-20 as admissible under the rules.
For Retired Employees: Lumpsum package of Rs. 675,000/- per month along with WAPDA vehicle.
