**Qualification:<br>Master's/16 Years of Education in Software Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Sciences/Electrical/Electronics/Telecom Engineering<br>Experience:**<br>Minimum 10 years' experience in related field (Safe City & IT).<br>Exposure of Policy Formulation, Policy Analysis and Project Management & Execution using modern technology. International Learning Environment and IT matters.<br>Must have hands-on experience in CCTV systems, command & control centers, and integrated IT infrastructure.

Tenure:
The appointment will be on contract basis at Lumpsum pay package initially for a period of 01 year with 06 months probation period (extendable on satisfactory performance of the individual/requirement of the Organization).
Pay Package: -
Competitive market based lumpsum pay package commensurate with qualification/experience of the individual.
Mandate/Charter of Duties:
- To provide technical advice and supervision for preparation/conceptualization of an efficient/workable High Level Design (HLD) for timely and smooth deployment/implementation.
- Preparation of Technical Documents for the Project including key performance indicators (KPIs), TORS, BOQS.
- Technical advice for smooth and timely development, commissioning and efficient integration of different system/components of the projects
- Provide Technical advice in coordination and liaison meeting amongst different stake holders during project design, equipment deployment and installation/commission phases for timely implementation/completion of the projects.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Authority.
General Conditions & Instructions:-

- Educational degrees must be from HEC recognized Universities. In case of foreign degree, it must be verified by HEC.

- The candidates who have been weeded out of service on disciplinary ground as well as dismissed or debarred for future employment are not eligible to apply.
- The services on lumpsum pay package shall not be regularized at any stage.
- Applications carrying incomplete/incorrect information or received after last date of receipt shall be rejected. Any information/documents of candidate found bogus at any stage during induction or later in service shall result in termination thereof.
- WAPDA reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason
