JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited from qualified individuals (Domiciled in the Punjab) who are dynamic and competent professionals in the relevant field for the University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin against the following posts:

1. Registrar BS:20
Mode of Appointment: Contract Age Limit: 40 to 50 Years (Age Relaxation shall be admissible as per Policy of the Government)

Qualification/Experience

(i) PhD in any discipline from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, and Eight years post qualification teaching or administrative or Professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission or public sector organization.
OR
(ii) MS or M.Phil. (second division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, and Ten years post qualification teaching or administrative or Professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission or public sector organization.
OR
(iii) Master's degree or BS (second division) in any discipline from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, and Twelve years post qualification teaching or administrative or Professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission or public sector organization.

2. Controller of Examinations BS:20
Mode of Appointment: Contract Age Limit: 40 to 50 Years (Age Relaxation shall be admissible as per Policy of the Government)

Qualification/Experience

(i) PhD in any discipline from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, and Eight years post qualification teaching or administrative or Professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission or public sector organization.
OR
(ii) MS or M.Phil. (second division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, and Ten years post qualification teaching or administrative or Professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission or public sector organization.
OR
(iii) Master's degree or BS (second division) in any discipline from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, and Twelve years post qualification teaching or administrative or Professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission or public sector organization.

3. Treasurer BS:20
Mode of Appointment: Contract Age Limit: 40 to 50 Years (Age Relaxation shall be admissible as per Policy of the Government)

Qualification/Experience

(i) PhD in Finance or Commerce or Accounting or Auditing or Economics from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, and Eight years post qualification teaching or administrative or Professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission or public sector organization.
OR
(ii) MS or M.Phil. (second division) in Finance or Commerce or Accounting or Auditing or Economics or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, and Ten years post qualification teaching or administrative or Professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission or public sector organization.
OR
(iii) MBA in Finance or Commerce or ACCA or ACMA or M.Sc. in Economics (second division) or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, and Twelve years post qualification teaching or administrative or Professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission or public sector organization.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Applications should reach the Office of the Registrar, University of Rasul by 12th October, 2025 during office doping the applications through Proper Channel.
2. Applicants already in Government/Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies/University of Rasul employees should apply through proper channel and attach NOC from their Appointing Authority/Employer.
3. All kinds of claim of experience of the applicants will be considered if the applicant attaches documentary proof (Daily wages, Part-time, Visiting, Honorary and Apprentice shall not be counted as experience).
4. The experience gained during Daily Basis, Part-time, Visiting, Honorary and Apprentice shall not be considered.
5. Applicants working in foreign degree must obtain equivalent of degree/diploma certificate from the HEC/PEC (where applicable).
6. Short listing of the applicants shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down by the University.
7. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or not to fill any post without assigning any reason.
