Terms and Conditions:
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Hangu.
- Relaxation in the upper age limit may be requested as per prevailing law through a separate application form addressed to the competent officer.
- Certified copies of domicile, identity card, educational certificates, one recent passport-size photo, and a character certificate from a gazetted officer (BPS-17) of the area must be attached with the application. Also, candidates should provide their phone numbers for contact to facilitate communication.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will be considered rejected.
- Applications should be submitted in person or by mail to the office of the "Clerk of Court, District Courts, Hangu".
- The quota has been allocated according to the prevailing laws of the Honorable Peshawar High Court Peshawar and the Provincial Government.
- Government employees should apply through proper channel.
- After the due date, applications will be scrutinized, and the final list of eligible candidates will be posted on the notice boards of the court premises and courts, and the date of test and interview will also be mentioned, while no call letters will be issued.
- All appointments will be purely on merit basis according to the prescribed rules.
- The competent authority reserves the right to recruit for one or all posts or cancel them.
- The number of posts may be increased or decreased.
- No TA/DA will be given to those appearing for the test and interview.
