INSTRUCTIONS
- Interested candidates must submit their applications online through the STS Portal: https://www.sts.org.pk. Manual applications shall not be accepted. Candidates must upload their CNIC (Front and back), domicile, PRC/Form-D, a recent photograph, and all academic documents from the respective board. Additionally, any required certifications must also be uploaded to the portal.
- After completing the online application, candidates can download a system-generated challan of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only). The challan can be paid at any ABL Bank Ltd branch or via ABL app/any 1 Link member bank. (This fee is non-refundable).
- Candidates are advised to use only their original mobile number in the online application form and to refrain from providing numbers converted to another network. The date, time & venue will be intimated later through SMS/STS. Further updates and important dates (test dates, interview dates, result announcements, etc.) will be uploaded on the STS website/portal and the website of this Judicial District East i.e..
- In case of any objection during the scrutiny process, candidates will be notified via SMS and must respond within 10 days to resolve the objection. Failure to comply will result in rejection of the application.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- List of eligible and ineligible candidates for the post of Junior Clerk (BPS-11) shall be affixed on the Notice Board of District & Sessions Court, Karachi East as well as uploaded on the website of this Judicial District East i.e. for inviting objections, if any.
- Female candidates will also be provided equal opportunity to participate.
- 5% quota reserved for candidates with disability. They are required to submit CNIC having wheel chair logo issued by NADRA and valid Disability Certificate, issued by the concerned Government Hospital.
- In case of a Government Servant who has served in connection with affairs of Federation/Province for a period of not less than three (3) years, the upper age limit shall be thirty (30) years as per rules.
- The offer of appointment shall only be issued to those successful candidates who are found eligible in all aspects and their documents including educational documents, PRC, domicile and other certificates will be verified from the concerned issuing authorities.
- Any External influence for Selection Will Lead to Disqualification for the Post applied for. The Decision of the Departmental Selection and Promotion Committee (DSPC) of this Court shall be final.
- Number of posts may increase or decrease at any stage.
- Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided for interview.
