Temporary Vacancies

Attention! Applications are invited from eligible candidates (male/female) belonging to Qila Saifullah district for the temporary positions of teachers (BPS-9/12/14/15) in various schools in Qila Saifullah district under the Project of "Provision of Teachers on Temporary Basis in Balochistan" (PTTB).

Note: Only local and domicile holders of Qila Saifullah district are eligible to apply.

Terms and Conditions:

1. These vacancies are purely on a temporary basis for a period of one year, extendable as per need and performance.
2. The maximum age limit for these posts is 43 years.
3. Government employees can apply through the proper channel.
4. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
5. Candidates applying for PST (BPS-9) must have a Bachelor's degree from an HEC recognized university and PTC/CT/CBE/ADE (2-year) or B.Ed (4-year) from a recognized institution.
6. Candidates applying for JVT (BPS-12/14/15) must have a Bachelor's degree from an HEC recognized university and PTC/CT/CBE/ADE (2-year) or B.Ed (4-year) from a recognized institution.
7. Applications for these confirmed temporary positions can be obtained from the District Education Officer's office.
8. Application forms can be downloaded from www.balochistan.gov.pk or www.emis.gob.pk.
9. Applications will be accepted only through registered mail/courier. No applications submitted by hand will be accepted.
10. The merit list will be prepared based on academic qualification and experience, giving preference to candidates from remote and backward areas as per government policy.
11. In case of equal marks, the older candidate will be given preference.
12. Applications received after the due date will not be accepted.
13. The allocation of posts in schools will be according to the rules and regulations of the Education Department and the boundaries of the respective tehsil and district.
14. The District Education Officer (DEO) reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
15. Recruitment will be done strictly according to the Balochistan Recruitment Rules and Policy.
16. The final merit list will be prepared based on the ranking criteria/weightage formula for the post and preparation of the final merit list.

Ranking Criteria or Weightage Formula for the post and preparation of final merit list:

• Matriculation: 33%
• Intermediate: 33%
• Graduation (Bachelor's Degree): 34%
• Total Merit Marks: 100%

Note:

(1) Diploma in Education (ADE) or B.Ed (Hons) / B.Ed (Education) / M.Ed / MS Education / MPhil Education / PhD Education will be considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree for the purpose of ranking.
(2) The recruitment process will be completed according to the Balochistan Recruitment Rules and Policy.
(3) The District Education Officer (DEO) reserves the right to make any changes in the recruitment process.
(4) The decision of the recruitment committee will be final.
