The School Education Department Balochistan, in view of the "Balochistan School Teachers Recruitment Policy 2020 (Temporary Appointments)", has invited applications from suitable candidates (male/female) from the permanent residents of Pishin District to fill the following 187 vacancies of teaching staff on a contract basis across all schools in the province to address the shortage of teachers and bring out-of-school children back to school.

Note: Candidates must have a local/domicile certificate of the concerned district/UC. However, in specific hard areas, if candidates with primary degrees are not available, others can be considered.
Necessary Instructions/Terms and Conditions:
(1) Only candidates with the required educational qualifications for each post are eligible to apply.
(2) Candidates aged 18 to 35 years from within the district are eligible to apply.
(3) The candidate must be a permanent resident of the concerned district/UC and his/her age should not exceed 35 years.
(4) Government employees should apply through proper channel.
(5) The appointments will be made according to the Government of Balochistan's "Balochistan School Teachers Recruitment Policy 2020 (Temporary Appointments)".
(6) The policy and rules of the Government of Balochistan and the School Education Department shall be implemented.
(7) Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
(8) The recruitment process will be conducted by the District Recruitment Committee.
(9) The decision of the Recruitment Committee will be final.
(10) No TA/DA will be given for the test/interview.
(11) The last date for submission of applications is March 17, 2026.
(12) The list of eligible candidates will be displayed on March 20, 2026.
(13) The test/interview will be held on March 24, 2026.
(14) The final merit list will be displayed on March 27, 2026.
(15) The appointment orders will be issued on March 30, 2026.
(16) The recruitment will be on a contract basis for a period of one year, extendable based on performance.
(17) The number of posts can be increased or decreased.
(18) The recruitment process can be cancelled at any time without assigning any reason.
Ranking Criteria or Weightage Formula for the post and preparation of final merit list
Weightage of prescribed Academic Qualification shall be calculated as follows:
(i) Matriculation: 33%
(ii) Intermediate: 33%
(iii) Graduation (Bachelor's Degree): 34%
Total Merit Marks: 100%
Note: Candidates with ADE/B.Ed (Honors) (4 years) qualification will be given 10% extra marks in the total merit list.
Method of Application:
(1) Applications on plain paper along with attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, local certificate, CNIC, and two passport-size photographs must be submitted to the office of the District Education Officer (Male/Female) Pishin by March 17, 2026.
(2) Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
(3) The candidates who have already applied for these posts need to apply again as per this advertisement.
