Job Opportunity: Research Associate

Applications are invited from residents with a Punjab domicile for a full-time contract position under PARB Project No. 25-319, focused on developing bacterial blight-resistant Basmati rice varieties.

• Position: Research Associate (01 post)
• Qualification: M.Sc. (Hons.) in Plant Breeding and Genetics
• Project Duration: June 2026 to May 2031
• Pay Package: Rs. 75,000/- per month (per PARB policy)

Terms and Conditions

• Deadline: Applications must be submitted by July 20, 2026, during office hours (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM).
• Required Documents: Attested copies of educational certificates/degrees, CNIC, domicile, one recent photograph, experience certificate, CV, and relevant testimonials.
• Academic Record: Candidates must not have any "third division" in their academic history.
• Eligibility: No students or individuals currently employed elsewhere can apply. Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
• Contract: Initial appointment is for one year, extendable annually based on performance.
