Requirements of Position: • Sound knowledge of BPPRA Rules and public procurement WB and ADB Procurement Rules. • Ability to lead procurement committees and manage the complete procurement cycle for goods, works, consulting and non-consulting services. • Experience in preparing Procurement Plans, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, bidding documents, evaluation reports, and contract agreements. • Strong analytical, report writing, communication and leadership skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and e-Procurement systems. |
