**Qualification:**<br>Member of a Recognized Body of Professional Accountants i.e. Qualified from recognized professional body of Accountants CA/ACMA/ACCA/ICAEW **(OR)**<br>Certified Internal Auditor **(OR)**<br>Certified Fraud Examiner **(OR)<br>Certified Internal Control Auditor (OR)<br>Person Holding a Master Degree in Finance from a University Recognized by the HEC.<br>Experience:<br>Minimum 08 years of overall experience out of which at least 03 years' Post Qualification Experience in Senior Role covering audit, risk management, designing internal control procedures and effective compliance of financial reliability.<br>Provided that individuals serving as Chief Internal Auditor of the Public Sector Company for Last Five (05) Years at the time of coming into force of these rules shall be exempted from the above qualification requirements.<br>Added Advantage<br>Experience and familiarity with public sector organizations and donor funded projects/development projects will be an added advantage.<br>Experience with media and healthcare sector is an advantage.<br>Working experience as Chief Internal Auditor of a public sector company as per the provision of SECP.<br>Experience as CIA position will be an added advantage.<br>Other Requirements:<br>Self-motivated, results oriented with conceptual and flexible mind set and possess Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.<br>Candidate must be detailed-oriented, with a strong focus and highest level of professionalism.<br>Innate desire and commitment to improve/change anything within the organization found to be deficient.<br>Ability to communicate both financial and managerial issues clearly both inside and outside the company.<br>Patience and tactful tenacity in dealing with government and regulatory bodies.<br>Good Understanding of Contractual Matters.<br>Age Limit:**<br>Not more than 55 years on the last date of receipt of the applications. |
