JOB ADVERTISEMENT

The project "Settlement of Land Records In Districts Dir Lower, Dir Upper, and Tehsil Kalam-Swat" invites online applications from suitable candidates having Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Domicile for the following project-based posts purely on fixed pay and a contractual basis. Details of these posts are as follows:

1.	Tehsildar	SPP	04	90,000/- PM	Retired Government Revenue Official, preferably Tehsildar, having relevant experience in Land Settlement.
2.	Girdawar	SPP	12	70,000/- PM	Retired Government Revenue Official, preferably Girdawar, having relevant experience in Land Settlement.
3.	Accountant	BPS-16	01	75,000/- PM	At least 2nd class Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounts/Business Administration / ACCA or CA (Inter) or related field from HEC recognized University with three years' experience in Accounts Management. Age limit: Maximum 40 years.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test; however, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority.
2. All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA's website and verify their CNIC via NADRA E-Sahulat.
3. Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will be screened for relevance to eligibility criteria (Minimum 40% Marks).
4. Positions are purely on a contract basis up to June 2027.
5. Posts will stand abolished automatically on completion of the project.
6. Interview Call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
7. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of application.
8. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
9. Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
10. Relaxation in the upper age limit is not applicable.
11. Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.
12. HEC equivalence is required for foreign degrees.
13. The Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease or cancel posts.
14. Preference will be given to candidates with a domicile in the project area.
15. Recruitment follows the Project Implementation Policy (PIP)-2022.
16. No TA/DA will be provided for tests/interviews.

2. After submission, a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated.
3. Pay the test fee via Easypaisa or any branch of UBL Bank.
4. Keep the original candidate copy of the deposit slip.
5. Do not send documents to the ETEA office; they will be required only if you qualify the test.
6. Online applications open: 15th June, 2026.
7. Last date for submission: 30th June, 2026.
8. Roll Number slips will be available on the ETEA website; candidates will be notified via SMS.
9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be on the Roll No. Slip.
10. No separate call letters will be sent via post.
