How to Apply?
- Must be a Chemical Engineer from HEC approved university.
- Avisionary leader who can bring fresh ideas and transformative thinking to the organization.
- Commercial savvy personality with strong understanding of financial and business processes.
- Strong knowledge of plant operations and maintenance.
- Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the Company and business.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance.
- Excellent inspirational communicator. Should have ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experieuments
- Must have 20 to 25 years post qualification experience of working in chemical process industry with at least 08 years at a leadership role.
- Upper age limit is 55 years. Relaxation of 1-2 years can be given based on exceptional qualification,experience and performance.
- This position comes with a 3 years contract, further renewable with mutual consent.
