Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution. Master's degree and additional relevant qualification would be preferred. Preference would also be given to the graduates of Government. |
Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in legal drafting, legislative frameworks, and policy formulation. Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience in drafting rules, regulations, or legal instruments for public sector institutions. Strong understanding of provincial and national legal frameworks. |

Bachelor's Engineering, Environmental Degree in Sciences, Water Resource Management, Project Management, Developmental Studies, Statistics, or related field from an HEC/PEC recognized Institution. Master's degree and additional relevant qualification would be preferred. Preference would also be given to the graduates of Government. |
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, or Research within the development sector projects. Experience working with government or foreign-funded projects will be preferred. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Power BI, or similar) and GIS applications is an asset. Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills. Experience in field data collection, assessments, and coordination with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of WASH, climate resilience, disaster risk reduction, or infrastructure-related projects will be an advantage. |
