Balochistan Water Security and Productivity Improvement Project (Improvement of Quetta Water Supply) |
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or any water related specialization (Water Resource Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Sanitation, Water Resources Management, etc.) from a foreign university or HEC recognized Pakistani university. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the planning, implementation, supervision, and infrastructure management of development projects, of which at least 5 years in water sector development including water supply, sanitation, water resources management or other water related sub-sectors. Experience working with urban water and sanitation agencies in Pakistan such as WASAS, PHEDS, water sector companies/ authorities/boards, etc. is preferred (but not mandatory). Proven leadership, coordination, and team management skills. Experience in management of donor-funded projects is preferred (but not mandatory). |
