Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Water Resource Engineering, or Water Supply and Sanitation from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the planning, implementation, supervision, and management of water supply or other infrastructure development projects. Proven leadership, coordination, and team management skills. Familiarity with the Government of Balochistan's procurement rules and financial management will be preferred. Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Must have been involved in the implementation of mega Public Health Engineering projects. |
Age Limit: Min 40 Years and Max 62 years
