Key Terms & Conditions
- Age relaxation as per Government rules have been given.
- Eligibility determined based on academic qualifications and experience.
- Separate application forms required for multiple posts.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interviews.
- Original documents (along with photocopies) must be presented during the interview/group discussion.
- Submission of false information will result in disqualification and/or legal action.
- Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interviews.
- PHDEC reserves the right to cancel/modify the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
- Quota rules shall apply.
- It is the responsibility of the candidate to satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria for the advertised posts. The candidate will be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment process if found ineligible.
- All updates will be communicated through emails. It is the responsibility of the candidate to check the email inbox/spam folder regularly.
How to apply?
- Candidates are required to submit applications ONLINE only; hard copies will not be entertained.

- The last date for submission is Friday 30th April, 2026 by 05:00 PM. (15 days from the advertisement)
- Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test, group discussion, and interview.
- Written Test will be conducted by IBA Karachi at designated centres in Karachi and Peshawar.
Eligible candidates must:
- Fill the online application form and generate the fee voucher via the IBA portal.
- Deposit a non-refundable, non-transferable screening test fee of Rs. 1,500/- through the fee voucher at any branch of Meezan Bank Limited in the account of IBA Karachi.
Important:
- Ensure all information in the application form is accurate to avoid rejection.
- Original documents (with photocopies) will be required at the time of group discussion and interview.
