Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) is Pakistan's first provincial government-owned life insurance company under the Government of Punjab. We are seeking qualified and result-driven professionals for the following positions:
1. Head of Agency Sales (Life)
- No. of Posts: 01 (Lahore)
- Reporting To: Head of Retail Sales
- Age Limit: Not more than 57 years at the time of advertisement.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Min Bachelor's degree (HEC recognized), Master's degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
- Min 15 years of relevant experience in Life, with min 7 years in senior role.
- Team Management of min 3,000 field force.
- Job Role & Responsibilities:
- JOB PURPOSE: The Head of Agency Sales will ensure agency sales strategy, retaining high-performing agency force, sustainable growth, and delivering profitable business.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Agency sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead, mentor and hire high performance sales team.
- Achieve business, profitability, and market share targets.
- Identify new market opportunities & expansion strategies.
2. Head of Bancassurance Business
- No. of Posts: 01 (Lahore)
- Reporting To: Head of Retail Sales
- Age Limit: Not more than 57 years at the time of advertisement.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Min Bachelor's degree (HEC recognized), Master's degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
- Min 15 years of relevant experience in Banca, with min 7 years in senior role.
- Team management of min 3 sizeable banks or have managed min 1,000 banca resources.
- Job Role & Responsibilities:
- JOB PURPOSE: The Head of Bancassurance Business will develop banca strategy, establish partnerships with banks, drive profitable growth, delivering profitable business.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Annual business plan, budgets, sales targets, profitability goals.
- Build relationships with key business partners & stakeholders.
- Drive long term growth and sustainability of Banca channel.
- Compliance with regulatory & governance requirements.
- Drive innovation and customer centric initiatives.
3. Head of Alternative / Affinity Business
- No. of Posts: 01 (Lahore)
- Reporting To: Head of Retail Sales.
- Age Limit: Not more than 57 years at the time of advertisement.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Min Bachelor's degree (HEC recognized), Master's degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
- Min 10 years of relevant experience in Life/FinTech, with min 4 years in senior role in B2B2C or Affinity products.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and POS.
- Job Role & Responsibilities:
- JOB PURPOSE: The Head of Alternative/Affinity Business will drive account performance, build partnerships, deliver impactful results through collaborative initiatives.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaboration with Affinity partners to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, conduct regular partner meetings with actionable deliverables.
- Achieve business, profitability, and market share targets.
- Drive innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric initiatives.
4. National Sales Manager (Bancassurance)
- No. of Posts: 03 Positions (North, South, Central)
- Reporting To: Head of Retail Sales.
- Age Limit: Not more than 50 years at the time of advertisement.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Min Bachelor's degree (HEC recognized), Master's degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
- Min 10 years of relevant experience in Banca, with min 4 years in senior role.
- Team management of min 2 sizeable banks or have managed min 300 banca resources.
- Job Role & Responsibilities:
- JOB PURPOSE: The National Sales Manager Bancassurance will manage sales operations to achieve business growth, revenue targets, and market expansion.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement sales plan aligned with corporate objectives.
- Build relationships, identify growth opportunities, new markets.
- Set sales goals, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Recruit, train, coach regional and branch sales teams.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive innovation and operational excellence.
