VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Applications are invited for appointment at Pak-Italian Burn Center, Nishtar Medical University Multan on contract basis for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance & experience for the posts mentioned here under as per eligibility criteria defined in the Punjab Health Department Allied Health Professional Service Rules, 2012 (as amended), Punjab Health Department Technical Posts Service Rules, 2003, Punjab Health Department Paramedical Establishment Services Rules, 2003 & Punjab Health Department Miscellaneous Posts Services Rules, 2003.

Terms & Conditions
- Both Male/Female applicants having domicile of Province of Punjab may apply.
- Appointments shall be made on Contract basis under the "Contract Appointment Policy 2004 as amended up-to-date initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance.
- In case of 'O' and 'A' Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted.
- Special Persons/Differently able persons shall attach proof registration from Social Welfare department along with Disability Certificate.
- Applicants shall provide original documents at the time of Scrutiny/Interview.
- The age and experience of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of application.
- Age relaxation in upper age limit shall be dealt as per latest notification by Government of the Punjab S&GAD (Policy & Rules) 2022.
- Quotas shall be observed as per Roster Policy 2022.
- In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/she must have to submit separate application for each post.
- Candidates who are already government servants should apply through proper channel.
- If the degree/license or the institute/university is reported foreign/not/verify with PMC/recognized, it will be cancelled/not valid.
- Submission of false documents/concealment of any fact may lead to disqualification of the candidate at any stage of recruitment process or during service.
- Complete original documents along with a set of attested photocopies will be provided by the shortlisted applicants at the time of Scrutiny/Interview.
- Candidates will bring all the original degrees/diplomas at the time of interview otherwise, he/she will not be allowed to appear in interview.
- Department reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any stage without assigning any reason.
- The Competent authority reserves the right to relax or modify any eligibility criterion under the specific rules relaxing or the posts mentioned above.
- Candidates will have at least 50% NTS pass mark during the test. If the required pool for short listing is not obtained out of 50% passing NTS marks then the number of required pool for short listing will be decided by the Administrative Department/Institution according to the recruitment Policy 2022.
- The appointments will be made strictly in accordance with the rules and policies. The candidates possessing a diploma from the Punjab Medical Faculty/other provincial recognized institutes/recognized by the PMF or any public/private institutions are eligible.
- Forcing outsiders in the premises is an offence and can be punished in the interest of general public as per prevailing circumstances.
- Shortlisted candidates after passing NTS tests will be called for interview and informed accordingly.
- Candidates will submit duly filled Application Form (online National Testing Services (NTS) website: www.nts.org.pk) after issuance of this advertisement, in daily newspaper.
- Candidates will submit duly filled Application Form (online), original bank deposit slip as prescribed fee in favor of National Testing Service, Copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs along with all relevant documents (educational and experience) are to be sent directly to NTS through courier on the address mentioned on Application Form till 24.01.2026.
HOW TO APPLY
- The Candidates are required to apply for the post through National Testing Services Portal (online) in fifteen days after the publication of Advertisement and submit their duly filled Application Form (online) along with a set of attested photographs of all relevant academic certificates/Degrees/Diplomas, valid registration certificate, other relevant documents, experience certificates (if any) & 4 passport size photographs to NTS office.
- The Last Date for submission of Application is 24.01.2026.
- The Candidates can apply online by visiting National Testing Services Website and Candidates are advised to visit the NTS official site for updates on the written test date and result.
- The Date of Written Test will be communicated to the eligible shortlisted Candidates via SMS and E-mail and will be uploaded on NTS website only through NTS and not telephonically.
- The Shortlisted Candidates as per Para-17 of terms and conditions will be called for Interview and informed accordingly.
- All candidates should bring their original documents at the time of scrutiny before interview.
- The list of selected candidates will be displayed in concerned institution/hospital and the successful candidates will also be informed vide post/telephonically or any other source of communication i.e. telephonically.
- Provision of false/fabricated documents may lead to strict consequences/action.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appointment or test/interview.
