Nishtar Medical University, Multan invites applications from interested advocates for the following positions on a part-time basis, as per the instructions of the Government of Punjab and the Act of 2003.

(a) Monthly retainer: Rs. 30,000/- per month. (b) For defended cases (Preparation & Appearance in Session Court, High Court & Supreme Court): (i) Supreme Court of Pakistan case: Rs. 10,000/- per appearance. (ii) High Court case: Rs. 10,000/- per appearance. (iii) Session Court case: Rs. 15,000/- per appearance.

(a) Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. (b) Advocate of the High Court with 20 years of experience as a lawyer.

Terms & Conditions:
- Applications along with 2 attested copies of academic certificates, bar council registration, experience certificates, and latest resume should be submitted to the office of the Registrar, Nishtar Medical University, Multan by Monday, October 06, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Applications received after the due date will not be accepted.
- Copies of these applications and attached documents must also be sent to the Secretary Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, Government of Punjab, and Secretary Primary & Secondary Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Lahore.
- The terms and conditions of service, including the maximum age limit of 62 years, and other related matters will be governed by the Punjab Local Government (Legal Advisor) Rules, 2023, and the Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department.
- Scrutiny of candidates' documents will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the office of the Registrar (Admin), Nishtar Medical University, Multan. Candidates must bring their original documents for scrutiny. No TA/DA will be admissible for this purpose.
- The proposed remuneration and terms of payment will be subject to the final approval of the Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, Government of Punjab. Monthly reports of cases should be submitted to the Director Admin, Nishtar Medical University, Multan.
