VACCANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

MTI KTH is an equal opportunity employer and is looking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals with a Board of Governors as prescribed by the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act 2015 to fill the following posts mentioned below in Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar. The candidates must be from the candidates of KP / FATA and must be domiciled in Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar.

01	Manager Internal Audit	G-18	Qualification:- CA/ACCA/CIMA/MBA Finance recognized evidence in internal audit/Audit CA/ACCA/CIMA Experience: 8 years post qualification experience with 3 years managerial level experience in internal audit or MBA Finance.
02	Senior Auditor	G-17	Qualification: CA/ACCA/CIMA/MBA Finance Experience: 6 Years post qualification experience with 2 years relevant experience in Audit & Finance.
03	Audit Trainees	Rs: 25000/- Per Month (Fixed)	Qualification: ACCA/CIMA/CA Note: The Audit Trainee tenure will be three years as per ACCA /CIMA/competent authority rules and regulations followed by the successful completion of at least one year of training at KTH

How to Apply:

Candidates must apply online through www.jobs.kth.edu.pk by last to apply is 1 December, 2020. Filling out the application form is mandatory; incomplete applications will be rejected. The application processing fee (non-refundable) is deposited in the designated bank account. After message to your account, download and sign the original bank slip/bank draft. The complete signed application form and attach Attested copies of your Academic Credentials/ Qualification and Experience Certificates, Domicile, CNIC, two (02) photographs, and the original bank slip/bank draft and send it to the Human Resource Department, New A&E Building, KTH-CTH, Peshawar within (15 days) of the advertisement's publication.

1. Applications submitted later than the closing will not be entertained.
2. A candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post.
3. If the closing date falls on the last day of application falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date.
4. No documents will be accepted along with application form except bank slip/bank draft.
5. Incomplete applications without processing fee and after due dates will not be entertained and shall stand rejected.
6. Experience Marks for the relevant experience shall be awarded to only those candidates who provide documentary proof required for the applicable post. Experience expected by the candidate after the date of acquiring academic qualification will be added along with the application for further academic eligibility for the post to be applied for.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible.
8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview on case may be. Short listing will be made on the basis of academic and experience as per rules and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
9. In case of selection / appointment, the services of such candidates will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reforms Act 2015 and the rules / regulations made thereunder, as amended from time to time.
10. Candidates already serving with any public/private organization will not be entertained unless they apply through proper channel and provide NOC within 15 days, otherwise they will be subject to rejection from the selection process.
11. Candidates attempting to influence or use political approach for recruitment and selection process shall render the candidate liable for rejection from the selection process.
12. The following applications will be subject to disqualification and will not be entertained:

(a) Incomplete applications i.e. Missing job application Form, Missing or irregular experience certificates/NOC/Degrees or any other required document etc.
(b) He/She was convicted by the Court of Law
(c) Previously dismissed from government Service
(d) Applications received without valid CNIC copy / Passport copy
(e) Applications received after the last date
(f) Application form not signed by the applicant
(g) Applications received without processing fees shall be entertained
(h) Candidates with fake academic credentials/degrees or experience certificates or any stage of the process employment.
(i) Not meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned above
(j) For a qualification to be valid, a degree is a must, the mere submission of a marks certificate/DMC/DWC/competent authority certificate will not be accepted and will be invalid, and will, therefore, be rejected.

13. No TA/DA is admissible for test & interview.
14. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test / interview.
15. Original documents including produce at the time of interview.
16. The competent authority/Board of Governors, KTH has the reserved right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or not to fill any vacancy.
17. Quotas for Minorities and disable will be observed in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as amended from time to time.
18. Recommendations shall not confer any right. The appointment will be terminated by competent authority.
19. In case of appointment, the appointed candidate all not be entitled for accommodation as a matter of right. The accommodation MTI-KTH is provided in a rented set of eight.
20. Candidate must comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
21. The last day of applying for the post is 1 December, 2020.
