Institution: Bacha Khan Dental College, Mardan (Medical Teaching Institution, Mardan)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A PhD degree or a medical qualification (BDS or equivalent) plus a higher diploma (such as FCPS, US Board certification, or equivalent) in dental sciences or its sub-specialties.
- Experience: At least 7 years of administrative experience as a head of a department, unit, program, or institution.
- Reputation: A candidate with a national and, preferably, international reputation in their field.
- Attributes: Recognized leadership qualities, a track record in teaching, and a commitment to medical education and research.
Job Role
The Dean will lead the Dental College, overseeing all undergraduate and postgraduate medical teaching and research. This position reports directly to the Board of Governors.
