Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) To further strengthen its top management team, ECSP invites applications from dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professionals for the following C-Level Positions:

Chief Operating Officer

Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering or Management Sciences from an HEC recognized university. Master's degree in Engineering Management disciplines or Business Administration (MBA) will be preferred.

Minimum 14 years of relevant post-qualification experience in managing large multidisciplinary, large-scale engineering projects, with at least 07 years in senior management/ leadership role in reputable large public or private sector organizations, with a proven track record in managing large teams. Demonstrated ability to drive information, change, and effective change management.

Chief Technology Officer

Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Cyber Security/ Data Science/ Artificial Intelligence or related field from an HEC recognized university. Master's Degree in computer related disciplines from an HEC recognized university will be preferred. Certifications in Enterprise Architecture/Systems, or Project Management will be an added advantage.

Minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in information technology, with at least 07 years in senior technology (IT) leadership management role in reputable large organizations, with proven ability to manage large teams, with a proven track record in managing large scale technology implementation projects, and drive information, change, and effective change management.

Chief Human Resource Officer & Admin

Minimum 16 years of education in Human Resource Management/ Public Administration/ Business Administration (MBA) from an HEC recognized university. Master's Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration (MBA) or Organizational Development/ Public Administration/ Business Administration with Psychology from an HEC recognized university will be preferred. Additional certifications in HR or Organizational Development will be an advantage.

Minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in HR/ Admin, with at least 07 years in a senior HR management/ leadership role in reputable large public or private sector organizations, with proven track record in managing large teams, with proven ability to drive information, change, and effective change management.

Chief Legal Officer

Minimum 16 years of education in Law (LLB) from an HEC recognized university. Registration with Punjab Bar Council is mandatory. Master's degree in law (LLM) or specialization in Corporate/ Contract /Commercial Law will be preferred. Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or Certified internal auditor, or Certified fraud examiner. Certified internal auditor, or Member of a recognized body of finance from an HEC-recognized university.

Minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial, and contract law, with at least 07 years in a senior management/ legal advisory role in reputable large organizations. Minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in auditing, risk management, internal controls, and compliance in large complex public or private sector organizations, including public/ private sector organizations.

Chief Internal Auditor

Minimum 16 years of education from a recognized university. Member of a recognized body of professional accountants, or Certified internal auditor, or Certified fraud examiner. Certified internal auditor, or Member of a recognized body of finance from an HEC-recognized university.

Minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in auditing, risk management, internal controls, and compliance in large complex public or private sector organizations, including public/ private sector organizations.

Company Secretary

Person holding a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance or being a law graduate from an HEC-recognized university.

Minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in managing large teams, with at least 07 years in senior management or company secretarial role in reputable large public or private sector organizations.
