How to Apply?
- Essential Instructions Terms and Conditions:- 1- Candidates having required educational qualification will be eligible to apply.
- 2. Candidates having local/domicile of the concerned district will be eligible to submit the application.
- 3. Age limit is 18 to 28 years and as per Balochistan government concession 43 years old hopefuls will be eligible to submit application. 4. Government employees should send application through their department.
- 5. The posts are being advertised as per the information received from the concerned District Education Officer, only applications for these will be received and no variation will be entertained.
- 18 In case of selection, before payment of first salary to the candidate, verification of educational certificates and other documents will be done (within 90 days) from the concerned institutions, the expenses of which will be borne by the candidate. Meanwhile, the candidate has to submit an affidavit to the selection committee that he/she will be considered ineligible if the academic certificate and other documents are bogus, tampered, or from institutions not approved by HEC and his/her employment can be terminated at any time without any notice and no excuse will be accepted. 19. Merit list will be effective once for recruitment and waiting list will not be admissible / considered in any case
- . 11. The candidate will be eligible for the test of the post for which he/she will submit the application and will not be entitled to any change in the application, however, the candidate can submit separate application for each post.
- 12. For all the posts (Male/Female) both the candidates will be eligible and according to the rules 05% disabled, 50% minority and 05% female quota will be allocated according to the vacancies of each cadre. .
- Applications will be received only for the vacancies which are being advertised and merit list will be prepared accordingly, and no other vacancies will be considered.
- 13 For allotment of reserved quota posts, the Recruitment Committee shall have the authority to allocate any office of School Union Council to the disabled, minority and female quota and the journal merit candidates shall not have the right to appeal/appointment to the said post. 14. Test interview schedule will be advertised through newspapers.
- 15. All candidates submit fresh application and get receipt, no application by post will be accepted
- Only those candidates will be allowed to attend the test interview who have the receipt of submission of application and their name is included in the final list of candidates, the final list of candidates will be issued by the District Education Officer after the last date of submission of application. 16. All the vacancies will be filled on the basis of merit. In the light of the decisions of the Department of Justice, no landlord will be obliged to give priority to the heirs of the deceased retired employees.
- 17. The decision of the Recruitment Committee will be final.
- 6. The verified school-wise list of advertised vacancies will be displayed at a prominent place in the offices of the concerned District Education Officer.
- 7. The merit list for high school and office vacancies will be prepared at the district and nidal and primary school level at the respective Union Council level, and the limits of the Union Council will be determined as per the prevailing notification of the Local Government Department.
- 8. There will be written tests and interviews for all the posts while only interview will be held for class IV posts.
- 9. Application on plain paper must be accompanied by educational certificates, computerized identity card, attested copy of local domicile and 2 recent photographs, and incomplete application will not be accepted.
- 10. The application complete in all respects can be submitted in the offices of the concerned District Education Officer by 02 August 2023. 20. No compensation of any kind will be given to those appearing for the test interview.
