OR <br> - Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) / Cost & Management Accounts (CMA)/ACCA/CIMA & member of recognized body of professional accountants, local or International. <br> - Minimum 15 years professional experience, preferably in a large Govt / Private Sector Organizations with at least seven years experience in a similar role/senior management position. Proven experience of ERP based working, IRIS, taxation, new accounting principles and auditing procedures. <br> - Well versed with international banking practices required to run a corporate company. |
- Responsible for overall financial planning and reporting, budgetary control, costing and taxation etc. <br> - Plan, implement, manage and run all financial activities of the company such as business planning, budgeting, forecasting, negotiations, evaluating financial KPIs & managing statutory compliance and relationship with stakeholders. <br> - Preparation of annual financial reports. |
