Career Opportunities: Management Trainee Officer (Monitoring & Reporting)
Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) is seeking applications for the position of Management Trainee Officer to support the Ministry of Energy (Power Division) in planning and monitoring power sector entities.
Requirements
- Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Finance/Commerce, Business, Public Administration, or related fields.
- OR Master’s degree in Data Analytics / Data Science / Business Analytics.
- Must be a 16-year education degree from an HEC recognized institute.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is preferred. Requires strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with data collection, dashboard reporting, and Pakistan's power sector (DISCO operations).
General Conditions
- Academic Standing: Minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00 (or 80% marks for local graduates). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as of the closing date.
- Salary: A lump-sum remuneration of Rs. 100,000/- per month.
- Contract: Initial engagement for one year, with potential evaluation for an Assistant Specialist position based on performance and post availability.
