Terms and Conditions:
(1) Candidates will be short-listed based on their educational qualifications and experience certificates, as stated in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ESTA CODE 2024.
(2) Employees working in government/semi-government departments or institutions should submit their applications through their respective departments.
(3) Appointments will be made on a one-year probation period, which can be extended up to three years based on performance.
(4) The overall eligibility and age of the candidates will be determined based on the documents received by the deadline.
(5) Age relaxation in the upper limit will be given according to the prevailing rules.
(6) Salaries and other allowances will be payable according to existing rules and regulations.
(7) The competent authority reserves the right to change, reduce, increase, or cancel the number of advertised posts at any time.

(2) Please do not send any documents with the application form to the Directorate office.
(3) Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post must submit separate application forms for each post.
(4) Applications sent via mail/courier must reach the Directorate office two (2) days before the deadline.
(5) Short-listed candidates will be informed about the interview via call, SMS, and a notice on the Directorate's website. Therefore, all candidates are requested not to change their mobile numbers or keep their phones off, otherwise, the candidate will be responsible.
(6) Short-listed candidates will have to present their educational and experience certificates to the competent authority for verification at the time of the interview.

(8) The last date for submission of application forms will be determined according to the advertisement published in the newspaper.
