How to Apply?
- The candidates who have already applied against the advertisement Nos. IPB-852 dated 09 October, 2019 and IPB-257 dated 27 March, 2022, for the posts of Registrar, Controller of Examinations and Deputy Controller of Examinations are required to apply/submit fresh application along with required documents and processing fee.
- Persons already employed in Government or other organizations should submit their applications through proper channel within due date. The requisite No Objection Certificate from present employer must reach in the Office of the Registrar before or on the last date for the receipt of applications, failing which such applications will be treated as rejected and no call for interview/test will be issued.
- All Government employees who intend to apply for the posts through proper channel shall clarify through the Heads of the attached departments that there is no pending inquiry/outstanding dues against them. Moreover, there are no adverse remarks in any of their annual confidential reports. These conditions are necessary for the grant of departmental permission certificate/No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- For non-teaching posts, applications of candidates having Punjab domicile will be entertained. By hand/incomplete/late received applications will not be entertained.
- The candidates holding professional degrees must provide registration certificates from the relevant council.
- The candidates applying for multiple posts are required to submit separate complete. applications
- 10. The University reserves the right:
- a. not to fill any or all the advertised posts without assigning any reason.
- b. to short list the applications/candidates in accordance with the criteria to be prescribed by the University.
- c. to increase or decrease the number of posts.
- 11. Interview/test call letters will be issued only to the eligible/shortlisted candidates, No TA/DA
- 12
- shall be admissible.
- Age relaxation will be given as per Policy, Government of the Punjab.
- 13 Age of every candidate shall be calculated on the closing date of receipt of the applications.
- 14. The University is not responsible if call letters are not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office.
- 15. Candidates should clearly mention the name of the applied position on the top right corner of envelop.
- 16. Applications complete in all respect should reach at Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Near DHA, Bahawalpur latest by 23-05-2024 (Thursday) during office hours via registered mail through Pakistan Post/Courier services.
