HOW TO APPLY
Outline of Main Duties/ Job Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility to develop & implement Bank's IT & Digital strategies in line with Bank's business strategy.
- Provide insight into digital ecosystem, faster time to market, high availability of core banking, business model innovative solutions, trends and customer expectations.
- Ensure implementation of SBP Regulatory Compliance, Enterprise Technology Governance & Risk Management Framework.
- Formulate IT & Digital banking-policies and procedures that support effective financial and business planning, cost optimization and vendor performance across the Bank.
- Ensure IT services delivery & operation management and seamless acquisition and implementation of IT Systems.
- Build and Lead a high performing IT & Digital organization.
- Orchestrate transformation of IT infrastructure, IT & Digital operations and service delivery model.
- Develop and implement Disaster Recovery Plan in line with Bank's BCP.
- Review and execute IT service level agreements with service providers.
- Ensure Cyber security, Information Security, communication links, equipment, etc.
- Manage the Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities.
- Any other assignment assigned by the management.
- Applicant dismissed, discharged, compulsorily retired, removed or otherwise terminated by previous employers on disciplinary grounds are not eligible to apply.

- The position will be contractual for an initial period of 5 years (extendable subject to performance). Market Competitive remuneration will be offered.
