As per training rules: <br>(i) At least graduate (Second Division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). <br>(ii) Six (6) months MS Office certificate course from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education/Trade Testing Board.

- Applicants fulfilling the following requirements should apply for the above posts on the Government of Sindh job portal http://sjp.gos.pk.
- (i) Applicants must have passed the General Screening Test of the Graduation Category with at least 40% marks, conducted by the IBA Sukkur Testing Services (STS), and must have a certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the said post.
- (ii) The age of the applicants will be determined as of the last date for submission of applications, as provided in the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024. However, the upper age limit relaxation will be 5 years, as stated in the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department (SGA&CD) Notification No. SOI(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-I) dated March 6, 2025.
- (iii) The quota for initial appointments will be according to the Government of Sindh's law/policy.
- (iv) Those already in government service will have to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC to the departmental selection committee at the time of the interview.
- (v) Appointments will be made according to the Government of Sindh's policy dated 26-04-2023 and the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and its rules amended from time to time.
- (vi) Applicants will have to appear before the departmental selection committee for an interview with original documents as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
- (vii) No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
