Advertisement for School Teachers Interns (STIS)

Services of School Teachers Interns (STIS) are required for a limited period in Workers Welfare School Girls Dera Ghazi Khan, managed under the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, on the following terms and conditions:

1. Name/Designation: School Teachers Interns
2. Duration: The maximum duration of internships will be 6 months or until the recruitment of regular/contract teachers through the Punjab Public Service Commission, whichever comes first.
3. Age Limit: Females: 20 to 55 years
4. Stipend: Rs. 50,000/- per month
5. Minimum Educational Qualification: Master's Degree / BS (4-year degree program) in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics
6. Method of Application:
   1. Interested female residents of Dera Ghazi Khan district should contact Workers Welfare School Girls, Gulshan Saeed Colony, Old Sui Gas Office, Gaddai Road, Dera Ghazi Khan. Information and application forms for the School Teaching Intern Program can be downloaded from the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund website or obtained from the school office and submitted along with attested documents by 20-09-2025. All candidates are advised to bring original educational certificates and other documents at the time of interview.
   2. A provisional merit list of eligible candidates will be displayed on the notice boards of the concerned school on 25-09-2025.
   3. Interviews of shortlisted candidates from the provisional merit list will be conducted in this school on 25-09-2025.
   4. Complaints (if any) related to the provisional merit list can be submitted to the office of the Director Education by 26-09-2025 during office hours.
   5. Complaints will be addressed by the committee appointed by the Director Education.
   6. Offer letters for selected candidates for the internship will be issued after approval from the Secretary / Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund.
   7. Candidates will not be paid any TA/DA.

Note: The maximum duration of internships will be 6 months or until the recruitment of regular/contract teachers through the Punjab Public Service Commission, whichever comes first. This limited-duration internship will neither grant the right to contract/regular appointment nor will such appointment be regularized under any circumstances. The internship period will not be extendable at any cost. However, a certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the internship for School Teachers Interns (STIS). The details of educational qualifications and rules and regulations, and the application form have been published on the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund website. This advertised internship position has no relation to the case of (125) Interns currently pending in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, as the advertised internship positions are for interns and cannot be challenged in any court.
