Applications are invited for the following post of Director General, Walled City of Lahore Authority from the eligible candidates having the requisite qualification and experience. The recruitment will be purely on contract basis for a period of 03 years with a fixed pay package. The position of Director General Walled City of Lahore Authority will be governed under the Walled City of Lahore Act 2012:

Basic Pay: Rs.532,950/- <br> House Rent Allowance: Rs.142,000/- <br> Utilities Allowance: Rs.24,300/- |
(A) i. Master's Degree (2nd Division) from HEC recognized University in Urban Planning or Archaeology or Architecture or Social Sciences; <br> ii. 15 years' experience of management or academics in the fields of heritage, culture or urban planning. <br> (B) An officer of the Government of Punjab of the rank and status of BS-20 or above and possessing the prescribed qualification and experience mentioned at (A) (i) & (ii) above. <br> (C) Age limit: 52 to 63. |
The Director General shall be the Chief Executive of the Authority and shall: <br> (i) be a whole time officer of the Authority; <br> (ii) perform such duties and exercise such powers as are assigned to him under the Act or as may be prescribed or as may be delegated to him by the Authority. |
