Note: For positions mentioned at Sr. # 3 & 4, preference will be given to those who can operate video cameras & perform editing on premier pro.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Only short listed candidates will be called for Test / Interview.
- The prescribed application form can be downloaded from University of Sargodha
- Candidates for all positions are required to fill the application form and submit application along with complete C.V and attested copies of testimonials in hard form.
- Two most recent passport size photographs should be affixed on each application form.
- Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate application with necessary documents, complete in all respects.
- Applications must be accompanied with original bank deposit slip/University Challan Form of Rs. 1,000/-, for Post(s) in BS-16, BS-14 & BS-11 and Rs. 500/- for Post(s) in BS-07 as processing fee (non-refundable) to be deposited under Head of Account "Collection" in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803, University of Sargodha. No other mode of payment i.e. Demand Draft, Postal Order etc. will be accepted.
- Candidates already in service of a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous Body must apply through proper channel by closing date, otherwise, their applications shall not be entertained.
- Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained; even posted before the closing date.
- Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
- In case any information provided by the candidate in his/her application form is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, he/she will be disqualified and action will be taken under the Rules.
- Relaxation in age will be admissible according to the Government policy/rules.
- The period of initial contract appointment shall be 3 years.
- A contract employee shall under no circumstances, claim conversion of his contract appointment into regular appointment.
- Contract employee shall not claim extension in his contract appointment as a matter of right.
- Contract appointments shall be post specific and non-transferable. Contract employee shall not, under any circumstances, claim any right for transfer from one post to another.
- The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the post(s) according to the needs of the University and reserves the right not to fill/withdraw any post/withhold the appointment against any advertised post.
- Closing date for submission of applications is 25.11.2025.
