GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Applicants are required to apply online through university job portal (http://jobs.uhs.edu.pk). The applicants are also required to submit signed hardcopy/printout of the same pre-filled online application form to Office of Deputy Registrar (II), Room No. 101, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore. Fill online application form carefully as no alteration will be allowed after submission.
2) The applicants are allowed to print system generated challan and deposit job application processing fee as mentioned on challan through Link or in any branch of Bank of Punjab.
3) The applicants are required to attach and submit attested copies of CNIC, domicile, all educational documents/certificates, experience certificates and any other relevant documents/certificates corroborating with the positions they are applying for. In case the recognition certificate is in process then the evidence of submission will be required.
4) Applications in process then PM&DC/HEC/Experience Recognition Certificates corroborating with the positions they are applying for. In case the recognition certificate is in process then the evidence of submission will be required.
5) Those having foreign qualifications are required to get equivalence certificate issued by Higher Education Commission, Pakistan / Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC) and submit the same.
6) University has the right to determine the relevancy of Research Publication to specialty of applicants.
7) Age of applicant should not be more than 55 years of age at the time of submission of application.
8) Appointments will be on contract basis as per UHS Service Statutes 2005.
9) Preference may be given to candidates having experience in a reputable Public Sector Medical University / Institution.
10) Relaxation in upper age limit may be granted to suitable candidates as per statutes/rules of Government of Punjab.
11) The selected candidates can be posted at any campus of the University (City & Jinnah Campus KSK).
12) Incomplete applications or applications received after due date will not be entertained.
13) University reserves the right to increase / decrease or withdraw the number of vacancies without assigning any reason.
14) Government / Semi Government / Sector Organization / Deputation must apply through proper channel.
15) No TA/DA shall be admissible.
