A plan to build additional campuses for the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore was created in the 1970s as a result of the university's extraordinary growth in student enrollment. The University College of Engineering Taxila was created as a result in 1975. During its three-year operation, Sahiwal. It was moved to its current location at Taxila in 1978. Up until October 1993, the College operated under the administrative supervision of the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. According to the 1993 University of Engineering and Technology Taxila Ordinance, it got its charter as an independent university during this month. Over 2000 students are now enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programmes combined.
1. F.Sc. with Mathematics & Physics are eligible for admission in both programs passed up to annual 2022 with a minimum of 50% marks, excluding NCC, Hifz-e-Quran marks, where applicable.
2. F.Sc. (Pre-medical) with additional Mathematics are eligible.
3. Diploma with Mathematics and Physics subjects passed from the Punjab Board of Technical Education Lahore with a minimum of 50% marks.
4. Applicants having Punjab Domicile are eligible for these admissions.
5. All applicants shall appear in entry test on Jnauary 29, 2023 conducted by ETC-HEC Pakistan.
1. Applicants are advised to register themselves on UET Taxila website admissions.uettaxila.edu.pk. Application Processing and Entry test fee Rs. 2000/- separately deposited HBL, UET Taxila branch university main account, title: "UET Taxila Recurring" (19157900213501) and upload the deposit slip test registration link.
2. Road map containing the complete information related semester-wise plan and faculty information can be downloaded from UET Taxila website admissions.uettaxila.edu.pk.
3. The application form (F-I) can be filled online, at university admission portal, with deposit slip number of HBL.
4. Candidates desirous for applying in more than one programs will give their preferences on the ONLINE application form (F-I).
5. Application must be submitted ONLINE on or before the last date (January 23, 2023). After submitting your application keep checking your "MyUET" account for any update/announcement etc.
