Ph.D. from HEC recognized University/institute in the area of Biotechnology/Microbiology/Animal Sciences/Biological Sciences. Experience in Gene Editing would be a plus. Moreover, the candidate must:<br>☆ Be maximum 45-years of age on closing date (i.e. 30.09.2025).<br>☆ Candidates who recently finished Ph.Ds. will be preferred.<br>☆ Applicants must submit a clearly written research proposal, relevant to the project domains (i.e. Fruit Crops, Vegetable Crops/ Field Crops and Human Health).

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Applicants shall pay job application processing fees @ Rs.500/-(non-refundable) in Account No.0720930181002449 of MCB Bank, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad Branch (Code-1688) title "Evening Fee Account". University of Agriculture, Faisalabad from any MCB Branch of the Country on the Credit Slip of the said Branch after mentioning the name of the post.
- Persons already employed in any Government or other organizations should submit their applications through proper channel.
- Experience means the experience gained after acquiring the basic requisite qualification for the post.
- Degrees only from HEC recognized Universities/Institutions will be considered.
- The position is project based and no claim for regularization shall be entertained.
- The Scrutiny of applicants by the Scrutiny Committee shall be final and only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be invited for test/interview. No TA/DA would be admissible when called for test/interview.
- The University shall not be responsible upon delayed/Non-Receipt of Call Letters due to any lapse of Courier Agency/ Post Office etc.
- The University reserves the right;
i. not to fill the position or withhold appointment against the position without assigning any reason. ii. to increase or decrease the number of vacancies as per requirement /availability of funds.
- Appointment will be made for a period of one year and extendable subject to availability of funds under the project.
