Position Details
- Contract Period: Three (03) Years.
- Remuneration: Competitive salary package based on qualifications/experience.
- Maximum Age: 55 years (on the closing date).
- Minimum Qualifications:
- CA / ACCA / ACMA OR
- Masters in Finance / Accounting / Commerce.
- Experience:
- At least ten (10) years of experience in handling financial matters in reputable commercial organizations or the public sector/universities.
- Must be a member of recognized professional bodies (ICMA, ICAAP, fellow PIPFA, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
The Director Finance will lead the financial team and is responsible for:
- Budget development, management, and maintaining financial records.
- Internal financial control and ERP implementation.
- Liaison with stakeholders, ministries, and the HEC.
- Advising the University Syndicate/Board of Governors on financial matters.
