UNIVERSITY OF POONCH RAWALAKOT

SITUATION VACANT

Applications on prescribed proforma are invited for the following teaching / non-teaching / project positions to be filled on Regular / Contract / Lump-sum Basis.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Candidates are required to submit attested copies of their degrees, photos, result cards, transcripts & certificates (including matriculation/intermediate pre-requisite or equivalency certificates) to Office of the Registrar, University of Poonch Rawalakot.
2. Application forms are available from the Official website of the Registrar, University of Poonch Rawalakot, office hours OR can be downloaded from the University Official website (www.upr.edu.pk/downloads/categories.php for teaching positions and www.upr.edu.pk/downloads/categories-non-teaching.php for non-teaching positions). The fee must be deposited at any branch of HBL. The application processing fee is Rs. 1500/- (for BPS-18 and below) and Rs. 2000/- (for BPS-19 and above), which is non-refundable.
3. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel to avoid termination in upper age limit.
4. Partial, unsigned, bogus, incorrect and late applications will not be entertained.
5. The candidate must attach Marks Obtained/ Total Marks Certificate of all degrees along with application form. CGPA is not acceptable. Otherwise, application will not be entertained and will be considered as incomplete.
6. The relevant experience claimed by the applicants shall only be considered, if supported by documentary proof.
7. The age will be calculated from the closing date for receipt of applications from the applicants from the Districts Poonch/ Rawalakot only.
8. The decision of shortlisting of the candidates must be in relevant subject/ field, however, preference will be given to those having all their academics achievements at their credit.
9. Candidates having valid PEC registration must be given preference.
10. The selected applicants for all the positions at Mong Campus and Project Specific position should be clear that the Mong Campus and cannot be transferred to Main Campus. To this effect, if appointed, they have to execute a Surety bond of Rs. 100,000/- on judicial stamp paper with Registrar.
11. The salary package for the position mentioned Sl No. C(1) under the heading project position shall be governed by the approval of the project policy/committee.
12. The University reserves the right of cancellation of advertised posts partially or totally, as deemed necessary.
13. The shortlisting of applicants for teaching/non-teaching positions shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant statutes.
14. The candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
