Manager, Fraud Monitoring Unit (02)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University
- Experience: Minimum 05 years post qualification exp. with 02 years in similar position
- Roles & Responsibility:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the digital fraud detection and monitoring framework. Monitor the evolving fraud landscape and emerging risks across digital banking and payment platforms.
- Supervise transaction monitoring to detect unusual or suspicious activities. Coordinate immediate responses to potential fraud incidents, including sand blocking, customer notifications, and system lockdowns. Oversee investigation of confirmed or suspected fraud cases and ensure root cause analysis is conducted.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of fraud-related reports and dashboards for senior management, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Partner with Legal and Recovery teams on customer dispute resolution and loss recovery.
- Maintain and update the Digital Fraud Policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Officer, Fraud Risk Monitoring Unit (02)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University
- Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification exp. in similar position
- Roles & Responsibility:
- Continuously monitor real-time digital transaction alerts through fraud management systems (FMS).
- Assist in conducting preliminary investigations of reported or detected fraud attempts.
- Maintain logs of all alerts, investigations, escalations, and fraud dispositions. Assist in compiling data for internal MIS and SBP regulatory fraud reporting (e.g., FMS).
- Recommend updates to risk rules, transaction limits, and parameter thresholds in fraud monitoring tools. Support testing of new fraud detection features and system enhancements.
- Ensure all fraud monitoring and reporting activities comply with SBP regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and internal SOPs.
Officer, Fraud Risk Management (01)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University
- Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification exp. in similar position
- Roles & Responsibility:
- Assist Manager Fraud Risk in the development and implementation of fraud risk management policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the comprehensive database of fraud incidents.
- Preparation of reports related to forgeries, defalcations, thefts, and burglaries for onward submission to regulators.
Manager I.T Governance & Compliance (01)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University
- Experience: Minimum 05 years post qualification exp. with 02 years in similar position
- Roles & Responsibility:
- Develop, implement, and monitor IT governance frameworks aligned with COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, and other relevant standards.
- Ensure that IT policies and operations align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Define and maintain policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across IT functions. Ensure adherence to SBP regulations, guidelines, and directives relating to IT and digital banking.
- Act as the focal point for all regulatory inspections, including coordination with auditors and SBP teams. Prepare timely and accurate IT compliance reports for submission to SBP and other regulatory authorities. Coordinate internal and external IT audits, including compliance, operational, and cyber security audits. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure closure of observations.
- Develop and review IT-related policies (e.g., Information Security Policy, Change Management, Data Retention, etc.). Conduct awareness sessions. Review vendor and third-party contracts. Monitor vendor performance and policies and SLAs.
- Assist Head of Technology for any related technical query.
Officer I.T. Support (01)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University
- Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification exp. in similar position
- Roles & Responsibility:
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals, OOP.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET Framework and .NET Core MVC, Web API, WCF, OR, Entity Framework).
- Front-end experience with Angular.
- Knowledge of Javascript, HTML5, CSS.
- Working knowledge of service-oriented and microservices-based architecture.
- Experience with Crystal Reports or other reporting tools.
Officer Data Center Operator (02)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University
- Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification exp. in similar position
- Roles & Responsibility:
- Monitor servers, networks, and applications; escalate incidents when required.
- Perform backups, restorations, and system health checks.
- Support hardware installation, troubleshooting, and inventory management.
- Oversee power, cooling, and environmental conditions of the data center.
- Ensure strict access control, security, compliance, and shift handovers.
Pay Package: Negotiable, depending upon the Qualifications & Experience of candidate.
