JOB OPPORTUNITIES

The Institute of Kidney Diseases (IKD), MTI-Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar, invites online applications from qualified Pakistani citizens for appointment against the following positions on a contractual basis under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions (MTI) Reform Act, 2015, as amended from time to time:

1 Software Engineer 17 Contractual, 03-years Extendable BS Computer Science / B.E. Software Engineering. At least 02 years of experience in developing, testing, and implementation of ERP, CRM or small scale custom software. Additional Qualification: MCS/MS in Computer Science. Oracle Developer Suite Certification preferred. Two years post-qualification experience in Oracle Forms development. Strong knowledge of Oracle Developer, SQL Programming and RDBMS.
2 IT Support Officer 16 Contractual, 03-years Extendable BS Computer Science with certification in Computer Hardware or IT troubleshooting or IT Support. 02 years of proven experience as IT Support assistant or equivalent. Must have familiarization to help desk, ticketing system, networking, SAAS, domain client environment.
3 Immunology Technologist 16 Contractual, 03-years extendable BS or equivalence qualification in relevant Technology from HEC recognized university. The applicant having at least 07 years relevant experience in a public/semi-autonomous/autonomous or private sector organization.
4 Junior Clinical Technician / Technologist: Dialysis, Radiology, Surgical, Pharmacy, Pathology, Immunology, Cardiology 12 Contractual, 03-years extendable Diploma in relevant field from Medical faculty OR For Junior Clinical Technologist: BS or equivalence qualification in relevant Technology from HEC recognized university. Relevant experience in reputable public sector / private hospital / institution will be preferred.
5 HVAC Technician 12 Contractual, 03-years extendable DAE Mechanical from recognized board. 02 years' post-qualification experience in industrial / hospital setting.
6 Receptionist 12 Contractual, 03-years extendable BS (Honor) degree in Mass Communication / English or relevant subjects from HEC recognized University / Institution. At least 01 years' experience working as Receptionist in reputable public/private sector organization/institutions/hospital.
7 Network Technician 12 Contractual, 03-years extendable MCS/BCS Degree in Computer Science & Information Technology from HEC recognized University / Institution OR Intermediate Science with Diploma in Hardware/ DIT or relevant subjects from recognized technical board. At least 02 years of experience in Computer Network troubleshooting in a public/semi-autonomous/autonomous or private sector organization.
8 Electromedical Technician 12 Contractual, 03-years extendable Associate Diploma from recognized Board. Preference will be given to candidates having BS Degree in Electronics from HEC recognized University / Institute registered with PEC. At least 02 years of experience as Electromedical Technician in a public/semi-autonomous/autonomous or private sector organization/hospitals. No experience is required for candidates having BS Degree in relevant subject.
9 Hardware Technician 09 Contractual, 03-years extendable F.Sc with Diploma in Hardware OR F.Sc (1st Division) with DIT. 02 years of experience in Computer Hardware troubleshooting from a reputable institution. Candidate having prior Healthcare Sector experience will be given preference.
10 Telephone Technician 09 Contractual, 03-years extendable Diploma in telecommunication from recognized Board or Institutions. Two years relevant experience as in Telephone Exchange operator in a public/ semi-autonomous/autonomous or private sector organization.
11 CCTV Technician 09 Contractual, 03-years extendable SSC from recognized institute. Minimum 03 years' CCTV Maintenance & Troubleshooting experience.


TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified.
  2. All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
  3. Screening of candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.
  4. Interview calls letters will be issued to short listed candidates only.
  5. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
  6. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
  7. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
  8. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
  9. Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all the relevant documents shall be produced at the time of interview.
  10. Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies.
  11. Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  12. Unclaimed qualification will not be accepted.
  13. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
  14. In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
  15. Application of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling the online application form will not be rejected only but will be proceeded against and strict action shall be taken against them.
  16. Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Interested candidates may visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
  2. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.
  3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app or at any branch of UBL Bank via UBL OMNI agent.
  4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
  5. After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
  6. Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk on 10th July 2026.
  7. Last date for submission of online Application is 30th July 2026.
  8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile numbers.
  9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
  10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
